June 20 (Reuters) – Republican Eric Greitens, who’s looking for a U.S. Senate seat in Missouri, launched a marketing campaign advert on Monday depicting him and a bunch of armed males going trying to find “RINOS,” or “Republicans in title solely” – prompting social media platforms to flag or take down the video.
“I am Eric Greitens, Navy SEAL, and at the moment, we’re going RINO looking,” the 48-year-old former Missouri governor says initially of the advert, racking a shotgun.
Greitens and a crew wearing army gear then break down the door of a home, throw what seems to be a stun grenade inside and storm into the constructing.
“Be part of the MAGA crew,” Greitens tells the digicam, referring to Republican former President Donald Trump’s slogan, Make America Nice Once more. “Get a RINO looking allow. There is no bagging restrict, no tagging restrict and it would not expire till we save our nation.”
